Rockline Industries in Springdale, AR seeks an experienced Manufacturing Operations Leader to drive safe, high-quality production across assigned assets. You will develop and apply KPIs and scorecards to track performance and guide decision-making.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, workforce development, and cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Purchasing, Tech Support, and Quality to meet customer expectations and cost targets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; internal candidates within 12 months preferred with 4 years manufacturing or 2 years supervisory leadership experience.
• External candidates require Bachelor’s degree with 6 years manufacturing or manufacturing support experience and 4 years supervisory leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall leadership for the operation of assigned assets with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and scorecards to ensure targets are met.
• Drive continuous improvement, asset performance, and cost reduction.
• Develop standard rates for output, staffing, and assets annually.
• Support cost quoting for new products including staffing and production readiness.
• Collaborate with Planning, Scheduling, Purchasing, Tech Support, Quality, and Global Engineering to meet customer expectations.
