Job summary

Rockline Industries seeks a Manufacturing Manager/Asset Manager to lead manufacturing operations across all shifts in Morristown, TN. You will maximize asset utilization, optimize staffing, and drive safety, quality, and productivity KPIs while collaborating with multiple departments and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will promote continuous improvement, support budgeting, and lead development of associates to build high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in engineering, supply chain, operations management, or business.
• 4 years of manufacturing or manufacturing support experience with 2 years of supervisory leadership or demonstrated cross-functional leadership (internal).
• Bachelor’s degree required for external candidates; 6 years of manufacturing experience with 4 years of supervisory leadership.
• Ability to analyze and present large amounts of manufacturing data, develop effective corrective actions, implement solutions, and reinforce through accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for the operation of assigned assets, with a focus on safety and zero environmental impact.
• Ensure products meet customer requirements and quality standards per Rockline quality management systems and regulatory guidelines.
• Utilize the Rockline Operating System; develop metrics, KPIs, and scorecards to meet targets.
• Drive continuous improvement in asset performance, safety, quality, and cost reduction.
• Develop standard rates for output, staffing, and asset rates annually.
