Job summary

Rockline Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Manager/Asset Manager to lead manufacturing operations across all shifts, maximize asset utilization, optimize staffing, and drive safety, quality, and productivity KPIs.

You will oversee production, chem mix, sanitation, and training, collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, and Tech Support, and contribute to budgeting and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with RRITE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management, or business.
• 4 years of manufacturing experience with 2 years of supervisory or cross-functional leadership.
• External candidates: 6 years of manufacturing experience with 4 years of supervisory leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage manufacturing assets across all shifts to maximize utilization.
• Maintain safe work culture with zero injuries and zero environmental impact.
• Ensure products meet customer specs and quality standards per QMS and regs.
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and scorecards to meet targets.
• Support continuous improvement in asset performance, safety, quality, and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Tech Support, Quality, and Global Engineering.
• Participate in budget creation and monthly variance reviews.
• Lead recruitment and development of manufacturing associates.
