Job summary

Rockline Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Manager/Asset Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations across shifts. The role focuses on maximizing asset utilization, workforce efficiency, and safety, quality, and productivity KPIs.

You will oversee production, chem mix, sanitation, and training while prioritizing environmental impact and compliance. You will develop standard rates, support cost quoting, analyze performance trends, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management, or business.
• 4 years of manufacturing experience with 2 years in supervisory leadership (internal candidates).
• 6 years of manufacturing experience with 4 years in supervisory leadership (external candidates).
• Ability to analyze large amounts of manufacturing data and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for operating assets and maintain a safe work culture.
• Ensure products meet customer requirements and quality standards.
• Develop KPIs, metrics, and scorecards to meet targets.
• Drive continuous improvement in asset performance, safety, quality, and cost reduction.
• Support budgeting and monthly variance reviews.
• Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Tech Support, and Quality teams.
• Lead in selection and development of new manufacturing associates.
