Rockline Industries, a leading producer focused on quality and safety, seeks a Production Supervisor/Team Lead to guide and coach production teams toward safety, quality, and output goals. You will collaborate with the Production Manager/Asset Lead to set priorities and ensure timely achievement of short- and long-term objectives.

This role requires strong leadership, coaching skills, and the ability to manage staffing, shift data, and continuous improvement efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School or GED required.
• 2 years of production operations experience.
• 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with PCs, including Microsoft Office and JD Edwards.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and SPC/SQC tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with OSGH, GMP, and FDA regulations and guidelines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible schedule.
• Strong leadership, verbal, written, analytical, mathematical, reasoning, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment with diverse personalities.
• Organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Execute business processes to maintain production rates.
• Manage direct reports, including one-on-one meetings, training schedules, reviews, development plans, and disciplinary documentation.
• Communicate priorities and information to the team and other functions.
• Ensure a safety and quality culture is sustained.
• Staff full-time and temporary associates.
• Be accountable for metrics tied to the work center scorecard and ensure shift data accuracy.
• Guide troubleshooting when equipment is not running properly.
• Close work orders, enter hours and quantities.
• Investigate and document accident reports with Safety Coordinator.
• Fill in for the Asset Leader when needed.
• Demonstrate commitment to RRITE Values (Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence).
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure all work is performed safely.
• Willing to perform other related tasks as needed.
