Job summary

Rockline-Industries,-Inc is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead the operation of assigned assets, ensuring safety, zero injuries, and high-quality products that meet customer specs. You will drive the Rockline Operating System, develop KPIs, scorecards, and cost reduction initiatives while aligning with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in operations management, engineering, or related field.
6+ years manufacturing or manufacturing support experience (4+ with leadership).
Ability to analyze large data sets, identify corrective actions, and drive solutions.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for operation of assigned assets with focus on safety and zero injuries.
Develop metrics, KPIs, and scorecards to ensure targets are met.
Drive continuous improvement, asset performance, and cost efficiency.
Lead budgeting, staffing, and training for manufacturing teams.
Coordinate with Planning, Scheduling, Purchasing, Tech Support, Quality, and Global Engineering to meet customer expectations.
