Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive manufacturing experience.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing supervisors and multiple production teams.
- Experience leading Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Experience managing departmental budgets and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing operations to meet objectives and customer expectations.
- Establish performance goals for safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
- Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource utilization.
- Drive cost improvement initiatives while maintaining quality.
- Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Develop teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Ensure quality standards and drive corrective actions.
- Maintain safe, compliant, environmentally responsible workplace.
