Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Tooling functions. This role will drive improvements in performance, processes, and equipment while supporting new product launches.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, capable of solving problems, developing people, and delivering sustainable improvements. You will partner with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to elevate safety, quality, delivery, cost, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
Experience leading technical teams and cross-functional projects.
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, CI, Value Stream Mapping, and root‑cause problem solving.
Experience with manufacturing equipment, automation, tooling, and process development.

Responsibilities

Lead Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Tooling teams and develop capabilities.
Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, SMED, Kanban, VSM, standard work).
Lead New Product Introduction (NPI): process development, equipment selection, validation, and production readiness.
Develop robust, repeatable manufacturing processes meeting quality, safety, and production needs.
Improve equipment reliability, uptime, throughput, labor efficiency, and process capability.
