Job summary

BD is seeking new engineering graduates for its Manufacturing Development Program (MDP). The program offers three one-year rotations in medical manufacturing and technology across multiple U.S. locations, with relocation support provided for qualifying associates.

Candidates gain experience in process engineering, lean manufacturing, quality, and project management while developing leadership and collaborative skills. Graduates with B.S./M.S.

Qualifications

• New engineering graduates with a B.S. or M.S. in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomechanical, Chemical or equivalent engineering degree.
• Graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Willing to relocate three times in three years.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three one-year rotations across medical manufacturing and technology.
• Gain cross-functional exposure to process engineering, manufacturing support, lean manufacturing, project management, quality and design.
• Relocate to three U.S. locations over three years with relocation support.
