Job summary

BD is seeking new engineers to join the Manufacturing Development Program (MDP) at Franklin Lakes, NJ. The program offers three consecutive one-year rotations across medical manufacturing and technology with relocation to new U.S. sites each year.

MDP engineers gain exposure to process engineering, manufacturing support, lean manufacturing, project management, quality and design, with relocation support provided to those who qualify.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomechanical, Chemical or equivalent engineering degree.
• Graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Must be willing and able to relocate three times in three years.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction as to duration.

Responsibilities

• MDP engineers will gain cross functional exposure to process engineering, manufacturing support, lean manufacturing, project management, quality and design.
• Each year, MDP engineers relocate to a new U.S. location, allowing for a diverse experience with new products, processes, and people! To facilitate MDP associates’ rotation through three locations in three years, relocation support will be provided to those who qualify.
