Job summary

BD is seeking engineering graduates for its Manufacturing Development Program (MDP). The program includes three one-year rotations in medical manufacturing and technology, with relocation between locations in the U.S.

MDP engineers will gain cross functional exposure to process engineering, lean manufacturing, project management, quality and design, and relocate to three locations over three years.

Qualifications

• New engineering graduates with a B.S. or M.S. in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomechanical, Chemical or equivalent engineering degree.
• Graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Must be willing and able to relocate three times in three years.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction as to duration.

Responsibilities

• MDP consists of three one-year rotations across medical manufacturing and technology.
• Gain cross functional exposure to process engineering, manufacturing support, lean manufacturing, project management, quality and design.
• Relocation to new U.S. locations for rotations with provided relocation support.
