Job summary

BD is seeking entry-level engineers for its Manufacturing Development Program (MDP), featuring three one-year rotations across medical manufacturing and technology. You will gain cross-functional exposure to process engineering, lean manufacturing, and quality, while relocating to multiple U.S. sites over three years.

Graduating 2026–2027 with a BS/MS in an engineering field, you must be willing to relocate and work on-site multiple days weekly in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• New engineering graduates with a B.S. or M.S. in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomechanical, Chemical or equivalent engineering degree.
• Graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Willingness to relocate three times in three years.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Manufacturing Development Program (MDP) with three one-year rotations.
• Gain cross-functional exposure to process engineering, manufacturing support, lean manufacturing, project management, quality and design.
• Relocate to three locations in three years and complete rotations.
