Job summary

BD is seeking candidates for its Manufacturing Development Program (MDP). The program features three one-year rotations in medical manufacturing and technology, with relocation to three U.S. locations over three years.

Candidates must graduate in late 2026–mid 2027, be able to relocate, and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. The role emphasizes on-site collaboration and a strong pathway to leadership in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Must have B.S./M.S. in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomechanical, Chemical or equivalent engineering.
• Graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Strong desire for a career in manufacturing.
• Must relocate three times in three years.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three one-year rotations across medical manufacturing and technology.
• Gain cross-functional exposure to process engineering, lean manufacturing, project management, quality and design.
• Relocate to new U.S. locations each year.
