Job summary

MacLean-Fogg's Manufacturing Management Program (MMP) invites early-career engineers to two-year rotations across two U.S. facilities. You will work with engineers, operators, and leaders to improve processes, analyze data, and present results to senior leaders, building leadership and technical skills.

Starting July 2027, relocation is fully covered for both rotations, and the role is full-time. Ideal candidates hold a mechanical/industrial/manufacturing engineering degree with a 3.0+ GPA and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Degree completed in 2026 or 2027.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Demonstrated leadership through internships, student organizations, projects, or jobs.
• Willingness to relocate anywhere in the United States for both rotations and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers, operators, supervisors, and team members to improve manufacturing processes.
• Analyze process, quality, and cost data and translate findings into improvements.
• Use observation and engineering analysis to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Lead a first-year project scoped with supervision and present results to senior leaders.
• Take on a larger second-year project aligned with development goals.
• Present work and recommendations to leaders throughout the program.
• Complete a capstone presentation at the end of the second year.
