Northrop Grumman Corp. seeks a Hardware Engineering Manager for RF products in Rolling Meadows, IL. The role combines 80% technical leadership with 20% management, reporting to the Director of Hardware Engineering as part of the senior staff.

You will lead ~110 engineers, drive program performance, and shape future technology roadmaps while coordinating with EWS OU Director and other stakeholders. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 12 years engineering experience, or 10 years plus a Master’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years in a management role in engineering or a project environment.
• Experience as a technical lead for product development and CAM duties in defense or equivalent.
• Strong communication, collaboration and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100 and CMMI standards; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain clearance.

• Ensure program performance within scope, budget and schedule; monitor quality.
• Plan for the future with technology roadmaps, bids, and business capture efforts.
