Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field required; advanced degrees preferred by project scope.
• Experience leading manufacturing/industrial engineering teams on large programs.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages all operational aspects of manufacturing/production areas.
• Ensures workplace safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to cost targets.
• Provides leadership across design, process development, production, engineering, and QA functions.
• Manages and presents cost, schedule, and performance for projects within the area.
• Develops mitigation plans to meet productivity, quality, cost, and delivery goals.
