Job summary

International is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in San Antonio, overseeing equipment, tooling, automation, and process improvements that drive quality and productivity. You will partner with AME and product development to integrate new products and systems, while championing continuous improvement initiatives.

The role supports a night production shift ramping up in 2027, with a 10% shift differential after transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years of product manufacturing experience
• Master's degree with 4+ years in product manufacturing
• At least 8 years of product manufacturing experience
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers responsible for supporting production equipment, tooling, and manufacturing systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Partner with AME and product development teams to integrate new products, equipment, and processes into production.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and assign engineering projects that improve operational performance.
• Ensure manufacturing equipment and tooling remain reliable, efficient, and capable of meeting production demands.
• Oversee the development of specifications, scopes of work, and installation plans for manufacturing equipment and tooling.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of automation technologies, robotics, fluid fill systems, and urethane dispensing equipment.
• Develop reporting, monitoring, and process-control systems that enable data-driven decision making.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
