Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, and process mapping.
• Experience with CAD, ERP, and MES systems; data analytics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced manufacturing processes.
• Drive automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives for data-driven manufacturing.
• Serve as technical lead in cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
• Facilitate kaizen events, RCA, and CAPA implementation.
• Develop documentation: SOPs, process flows, and work instructions.
