Job summary

Agile Resources, Inc. in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering to bridge breakthrough electromechanical engineering with volume production. You will lead and hands-on manage a team of engineers, building robust production frameworks across multiple facilities.

In this dual-impact leadership role, you’ll drive CAPEX, design lean material flows, and partner cross-functionally to implement PFMEAs, MBOMs, and DFM discipline while traveling 25%–30%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing engineering with progression.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams.
• Strong CAD/PLM, SPC, and lean manufacturing expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of prototype-stage energy hardware into repeatable, mass-production configurations across multiple facilities.
• Hire, mentor, and cultivate a team of manufacturing engineers with clear growth pathways.
• Establish production documentation from the ground up including PFMEAs, MBOMs, process controls, and DFM discipline.
• Own end-to-end CAPEX initiatives from business case to installation and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Design lean material flows, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
