Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams in a matrix organization with strong communication.
• Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Ability to balance technical leadership with project priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electrical engineers while managing workloads, priorities, and career development.
• Remain hands-on with schematic capture and PCB layout while reviewing and approving designs.
