Energizer Holdings, Inc. seeks an Engineering Specialist to provide technical leadership to operations, reliability, quality and facilities. You will guide maintenance and engineering teams, tackle complex mechanical/electrical problems, and drive projects that improve SQCD and cost delivery.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and developing colleagues while meeting safety and quality objectives across shifts. Flexible scheduling may be required.

Competenze

• Technical or engineering degree or equivalent training is required.
• Demonstrated PLC experience.
• Ability to lead maintenance and technical personnel.
• Strong problem-solving and project implementation skills.
