Job summary

Procter & Gamble is offering a 12-week Manufacturing Internship (Summer 2027) embedded in the Product Supply team. You will tackle real engineering problems, optimize processes, and collaborate with experienced professionals on projects that impact global brands.

You will gain hands-on experience in process engineering, data analytics, and manufacturing technology, with mentorship and opportunities to lead small initiatives. This is a stepping stone to a career in modern manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an Engineering or related technical program (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Industrial & Systems, Manufacturing, Operations).
• Anticipated graduation between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029 (rising Juniors/Seniors).
• Strong curiosity to contribute to projects, manage timelines and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to process optimization projects using data analytics (OEE, root cause).
• Support web-processing and equipment solutions in packaging lines.
• Assist with automation, robotics, and control system improvements.
• Contribute to capital projects and new initiatives from concept to execution.
• Support safety, quality, training, and digital solution adoption.
