Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 1 year of engineering/production experience or Master’s Degree with 0 years of experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
• Ability to interface with multiple levels of leadership, clients, and vendors.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting blueprints and 3-D models.
• Ability to work 1st shift (5am–3:30pm) or 2nd shift (4:12pm–2:42am) or other schedules; travel up to 10%.
• Active in-scope U.S. Government Secret security clearance and ability to obtain program access.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Engineering regarding design concepts to ensure manufacturability.
• Participate in tool design reviews to reduce build times and program costs.
• Define sequence of operations for product builds and identify improvement opportunities for producibility and affordability.
• Provide liaison support for Engineering to influence low production costs for electrical, hydraulics, fuels, fluids and propulsion systems.
