Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year or Master’s degree with 0 years of related experience in production assembly/fabrication.
• Experience supporting manufacturing/production operations.
• Experience in machining, robotics, or NC programming.
• Experience in composites, automation, coatings, or related areas.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and 3-D models.
• Experience in creating work instructions and training materials.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Guide engineering on manufacturing techniques to meet design intent.
• Participate in tool design reviews to reduce build times and costs.
• Define operation sequences and drive corrective actions to improve producibility.
