Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 11 years’ aerospace/manufacturing experience.
• 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to effectively communicate and present to leadership.
• Must be willing to work on listed schedules and obtain DoD Secret clearance with Special Program Access.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, coaching, and day-to-day leadership to frontline managers and other production personnel in the assembly and manufacturing areas.
• Ensure team members receive required training and prepare daily work plans in support of program objectives.
• Encourage and support employee career development, including educational options for highly motivated team members.
• Provide leadership to ensure affordability initiatives and process improvements are identified, pursued, and supported.
• Accomplish manufacturing staff results by managing expectations, planning, monitoring, and coaching.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train staff; develop personal growth opportunities.
