• 3 years of prior management experience in related field
• Active DoD Secret security clearance (US Citizenship required) and ability to obtain/maintain Program Special Access

Responsibilities

• Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and layouts for assemblies and equipment
• Adapt machine/equipment design to factory conditions and production plans
• Provide guidance to engineering on design concepts and specification requirements
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
