The role requires DoD Secret clearance, a strong engineering background, and a track record of delivering compliant, cost-effective production solutions in a complex aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering with related production experience.
• 7+ years of engineering experience in production assembly/fabrication or related field.
• 3+ years of management experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Designs manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation and material handling.
• Manages 60–90 engineers and 4–6 engineering managers in day-to-day operations.
• Ensures processes comply with regulations and implements improvements.
