Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical field.
• 3–5+ years of related experience, preferably in engineering.
• 1–3 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or assembly processes preferred.
• Experience designing, operating, troubleshooting, or maintaining complex production machinery.
• Significant hands-on experience with problem solving and process improvements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and improves manufacturing methods and processes.
• Plans workforce utilization, space, and workflow using CAD tools for efficient layouts.
• Collaborates with design and planning staff on product tooling and specifications.
• Coordinates with vendors for equipment and parts and evaluates products per standards.
• Leads end-to-end planning and coordination of manufacturing processes and equipment changes.
• Implements lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
