Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years of related engineering experience.
• 1–3 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or assembly processes preferred.
• Experience designing, operating, troubleshooting, or maintaining complex production machinery is desirable.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and using project management software.
• Hands-on problem-solving abilities and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods and processes.
• Plan workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow using CAD layouts.
• Confers with staff on product design and tooling for efficient production.
• Coordinate equipment purchases and vendor evaluations.
• Communicate production and design standards to management.
• Train operators and provide support for production challenges.
• Create and maintain manufacturing process documentation and SOPs.
• Lead lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
