Qualifications

• Associate degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to navigate PDM & ERP systems.
• English writing for reports and business correspondence; able to present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manufacturing Engineers in designing and implementing processes to reduce cost.
• Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct tests and inspections to ensure product quality.
• Analyze production data to identify improvements and implement CI.
• Prepare and update manufacturing SOPs.
• Train production personnel on new processes.
• Develop fixtures and in-line testers with the engineering team.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support process optimization and new product introductions.
• Assist in equipment selection and procurement.
• Ensure safety and ISO 14001/9001 compliance.
