Job summary

RealREPP is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, improve, and sustain processes for loading technology systems and impact door production. You will optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
• Manufacturing experience in metal fabrication/equipment/door systems preferred.
• Strong computer skills (Word and Excel).
• Experience with ERP packages (SAP/JD Edwards/Oracle). SAP experience preferred.
• Analytical problem solver with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with CREO a plus; Lean experience a plus; mechanical design experience a plus.
• Effective communicator and team player; able to multitask to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Construct assembly drawings, costed BOMS, and standardized work instructions for new products.
• Provide day-to-day manufacturing engineering support for loading dock equipment and door production lines.
• Maintain installation, service, and training documents with field services.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
• Develop equipment PM plans with maintenance personnel.
• Lead Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery and cost.
