Job summary

RealREPP is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, improve, and sustain loading technology systems and impact door production. You will optimize production efficiency, improve product quality, reduce costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

In this role you will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to ensure safe, scalable processes that meet customer and regulatory requirements and drive Lean initiatives across the plant.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
• Manufacturing experience in metal fabrication or related environments.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; ERP experience with SAP preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Construct assembly drawings, costed BOMs, and standardized work instructions for new products.
• Provide day-to-day manufacturing engineering support to loading dock equipment and doors.
• Create and maintain installation, service, and training documents with field services.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
• Develop equipment PM plans with maintenance personnel.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Provide technical training and support to production personnel.
