Job summary

RealREPP is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, improve, and sustain manufacturing processes for loading technology systems and impact door production. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to deliver safe, efficient, and scalable processes that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
• Manufacturing experience in metal fabrication or related environment.
• Experience with ERP software such as SAP.
• Experience with CREO 3D modeling a plus.
• Lean manufacturing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Construct assembly drawings, costed BOMS, and standardized work instructions for new product introductions.
• Provide day-to-day manufacturing engineering support to loading dock equipment and impact door production lines.
• Work with field services to create and maintain installation, service, and training documents.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing, equipment, and assembly issues to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and increase productivity.
• Provide technical training and support to production personnel.
