Job summary

RealREPP is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in the United States to develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes for loading technology systems and impact door production. You will focus on improving efficiency, quality, cost, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across multiple teams.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering, experience with ERP systems (SAP/JD Edwards/Oracle), and CAD (CREO).

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
• Manufacturing experience in metal fabrication/industrial equipment/door systems.
• Experience with ERP software such as SAP/JD Edwards/Oracle.
• Experience with CREO 3D modeling is a plus.
• Lean methodology experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Construct assembly drawings, costed BOMS, and standardized work instructions for new product introductions.
• Provide day-to-day manufacturing engineering support to loading dock equipment and impact door production lines.
• Work with field services to create and maintain installation, service, and training documents.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing, equipment, and assembly issues to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
