Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a manufacturing engineer to join the CCA assembly team in Andover, MA on the second shift. This is a second shift position with an 8% pay differential.

Primary responsibilities include translating design requirements into manufacturing process docs, dispositioning discrepant hardware, leading corrective actions, and driving process improvements with cross-functional teams. Candidates must have a STEM degree and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience and be able to

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Translating engineering design requirements into formal manufacturing process documentation.
• Dispositioning of discrepant hardware.
• Leading corrective action investigations to prevent recurrence.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives. Manufacturing process development and maintenance.
