RTX is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer based in Andover, MA. This onsite role includes a second shift with an 8% pay differential and requires the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

U.S. citizenship is required. You will translate engineering design requirements into formal manufacturing process documentation, disposition discrepant hardware, lead corrective action investigations, participate in process improvement initiatives, and contribute to manufacturing

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required for clearance.

• Translating engineering design requirements into formal manufacturing process documentation.
• Dispositioning of discrepant hardware.
• Leading corrective action investigations to prevent recurrence.
