Job summary

Frontgrade Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to develop and optimize manufacturing processes, working closely with engineering and production to ensure safe, efficient production that meets design and tooling goals.

You will collaborate on product design, tooling, and new production programs, designing fixtures and defining processes to integrate new products into the shop floor with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a specialized functional discipline or 6 years in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• In lieu of a Masters degree, no experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and refine production/manufacturing engineering processes, partnering with engineering and production teams on product design and tooling to ensure efficient production processes
• Assist in establishing manufacturing and assembly processes for new production programs
• Design manufacturing fixtures for new and existing products
• Determine the manufacturing processes required to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification
• Integrate new products and product refinements into production
• Develop manufacturing processes related to assembly and automation

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field

6+ years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree

Master's degree
