Job summary

Frontgrade Technologies is seeking a Manager of Manufacturing Engineering to lead production improvements and ensure alignment with quality objectives. The role provides leadership to production personnel, drives productivity initiatives, and reports on KPIs while monitoring financial targets and RCA activities.

The incumbent will manage the department to deliver high-quality products at the lowest cost, meeting customer demands, and oversee yield management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree: minimum four (4) years of experience in people management and minimum six (6) years in the field.
• Master's Degree: minimum two (2) years of experience in people management and minimum six (6) years in the field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement strategies to improve production
• Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to production personnel
• Drive productivity improvement initiatives for labor and equipment
• Develop and report out against key performance indicators
• Monitor and ensure financial targets are met
• Root Cause Corrective Action activity management
• Manage the department to ensure efficient production of the highest-quality products at the lowest cost in meeting customer demands
