You will collaborate with engineering and production teams on product design, tooling, and process optimization to meet safety and efficiency goals.

The role emphasizes developing, refining, and integrating manufacturing methods for new programs, designing fixtures, and supporting assembly automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Aerospace and Defense Industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and refine production/manufacturing engineering processes with engineering and production teams.
• Investigate new manufacturing and tooling methods.
• Assist in establishing manufacturing and assembly processes for new production programs.
• Design manufacturing fixtures for new and existing products.
• Integrate new products and product refinements into production.
• Develop manufacturing processes related to assembly and automation.
