Job summary

Frontgrade Technologies seeks a Manufacturing Engineer III to develop, review, and optimize manufacturing processes in collaboration with engineering and production teams. You will work on product design, tooling, and assembly methods to ensure safe, efficient production.

The role emphasizes implementing advanced manufacturing fixtures, exploring new tooling, and integrating new products into existing lines, with a focus on reliability in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a specialized functional discipline.
• Experience in Aerospace and Defense Industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and refine production/manufacturing engineering processes, partnering with engineering and production teams on product design and tooling to ensure efficient production processes.
• Investigate new manufacturing and tooling methods.
• Assist in establishing manufacturing and assembly processes for new production programs.
• Design manufacturing fixtures for new and existing products.
• Integrate new products and product refinements into production.
• Develop manufacturing processes related to assembly and automation.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field of study

Minimum five years of experience in a specialized functional discipline

Experience OR Masters degree alternative pathways

Experience in Aerospace and Defense Industry
