Job summary

Qualifications

• No experience required or 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and refine production/manufacturing engineering processes, partnering with engineering and production teams on product design and tooling to ensure efficient production processes.
• Assist in establishing manufacturing and assembly processes for new production programs.
• Design new manufacturing fixtures for new and existing products.
• Work with the engineering and the production teams on product design and tooling to ensure efficient production processes.
• Integrate new products and product refinements into production.
• Develop manufacturing processes related to assembly and automation.
• Determine the manufacturing processes required to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification.
