Hadrian is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Factory Development to advance our manufacturing capabilities through strategic project management, system building, and problem solving. This individual tackles high-priority operational and technical challenges, deploying pragmatic solutions that support rapid scaling of production.

Hands-on manufacturing experience and a proven track record in leading meaningful projects are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a relevant STEM field.
• 5+ years leadership in high-intensity production (in lieu of degree).
• Hands-on manufacturing experience with projects.
• Experience developing and implementing production processes in a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of project execution in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solving deep technical/operational problems.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Own projects from inception to completion, solving complex operational or technical challenges.
• Root Cause Analysis: Lead teams to implement sustainable solutions through systematic problem solving.
• System Building: Identify factory areas needing systematic improvements and develop pragmatic, early-stage solutions.
• Asset and Process Introduction: Redesign processes and introduce assets to raise production rates and capabilities.
