Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America. The Manufacturing Engineer - Factory Development drives strategic projects, builds systems, and solves high-priority manufacturing challenges to scale production.

You will own projects end-to-end, perform root-cause analysis, and lead the introduction of new processes and assets, with travel up to 35%. ITAR compliance and strong engineering background required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant STEM field.
• Leadership experience in a high-intensity production environment may substitute for a degree.
• Experience leading meaningful projects in manufacturing.
• Experience developing and implementing production processes in high-growth settings.
• Proven track record of project execution in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical projects from inception to completion.
• Perform root-cause analysis to drive lasting solutions.
