Hadrian is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Factory Development to drive strategic projects, root-cause complex issues, and introduce scalable processes. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to advance manufacturing capabilities, aligning with rapid production scale-up and high-performance goals.

The role requires hands-on experience in manufacturing, strong project execution, and the ability to travel up to 35% as needed to support site deployments and optimization efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant STEM field is required.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 5 years of leadership experience in a high-intensity production environment may be considered.
• Hands-on manufacturing experience with a track record of leading meaningful projects.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of critical projects from inception to completion, addressing complex operational or technical challenges with robust solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and drive sustainable improvements.
• Lead development of early, pragmatic solutions and systemic improvements for faster scaling.
• Design and implement new processes and assets to significantly increase production rates.
