Hadrian is shaping the future of American manufacturing with autonomous factories. We seek a Manufacturing Engineer to drive project-based improvements, root-cause analyses, and scalable system innovations that accelerate production scaling.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, apply Lean Six Sigma and software approaches, and help redesign processes and assets to boost output while maintaining quality and traceability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant STEM field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-intensity production environment may substitute for a degree.
• Hands-on manufacturing experience with proven projects and process improvements.
• Experience in developing and implementing production processes in a high-growth setting.
• Proven track record of project execution in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Project execution from inception to completion on critical capacity or process projects.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
• Lead system-building efforts and introduce pragmatic, scalable processes and assets.
• Drive design and rollout of new processes to increase production rates and capabilities.
