Hadrian is expanding its manufacturing footprint and seeking an early‑career Manufacturing Engineer to join our Factories as a Service team. You’ll help design, develop, and ramp up factory lines across processes, collaborating with senior engineers, automation teams, and program leads to review drawings, evaluate manufacturing feasibility, and shape production and inspection workflows.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
• Comfortable reading mechanical drawings and applying DFM principles.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and hands-on approach.
• Interest in building modern manufacturing systems and processes.
• Willingness to travel ~25% for site visits and vendor interaction.

Responsibilities

• Review part and assembly drawings to assess manufacturing feasibility.
• Assist in developing production workflows and tooling requirements.
• Support CapEx research, equipment evaluation, and vendor coordination.
• Provide technical input to automation and inspection planning.
