Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America, combining AI, software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing to accelerate production of rockets, satellites, and other critical systems. The Manufacturing Engineer – Factory Development role focuses on strategic projects, system building, and pragmatic problem-solving to scale production.

You will own projects end-to-end, perform root cause analysis, drive early system improvements, and lead process and asset introductions

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant STEM field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-intensity production environment may substitute for a degree.
• Hands-on manufacturing experience with led projects.
• Experience developing and implementing production processes/systems in a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of project execution in manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Own critical projects from inception to completion, solving complex operational or technical challenges.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Lead the development of early, pragmatic system improvements to inform longer-term tech advances.
• Redesign and introduce new processes and assets to significantly increase production rates.
