Hadrian is seeking an experienced Operations Engineer to partner with leaders across the company to solve complex problems, create scalable processes, capture data, and enable others to act on it.

You will implement the Build – Edit – Scale strategy by aligning frameworks, playbooks, and dashboards with real-world workflows, driving velocity and measurable value across manufacturing programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations or related fields in fast-paced environments.
• Experience defining and implementing business processes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and roll out business processes and playbooks across stakeholders.
• Set up integrated scheduling and planning across systems; automate to scale.
• Foster adoption by creating practical resources and best practices.
• Drive dashboards, metrics, and operations models including labor standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and managers to understand pain points.
