Hadrian is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer - Factory Development to lead high-impact projects that scale production, build robust systems, and develop new manufacturing capabilities. You will drive systematic improvements and introduce assets to accelerate output, while solving complex operational and technical challenges in a fast-growing environment.

The role emphasizes project leadership, root-cause analysis, and hands-on process design, with opportunities to influence Factory-as-a-Service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant STEM field.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 5 years of leadership experience in a high-intensity production environment may be considered.
• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing role with leadership of meaningful projects.
• Experience developing and implementing production processes/systems in a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of project execution in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability for up to 35% travel.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: manage projects from inception to completion with deep analysis and robust solutions.
• Root Cause Analysis: perform detailed RCA to address underlying issues and implement sustainable fixes.
• System Building: identify and implement early pragmatic solutions to inform future software development.
• Asset and Process Introduction: redesign processes and introduce new assets to increase production rates.
