Job summary

Saint-Gobain North America in Holly Springs, MS, is launching an 18-month Essentials of Manufacturing (EOM) program for Mechanical/Manufacturing engineers. Participants will join a full-time role, spend 18 months at one plant, and travel quarterly to other North American sites.

The program balances local project work with EOM activities (80:20) and ends with potential placement within the Saint-Gobain network. Ideal candidates hold a B.S.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel and mobility.
• Internship experience in manufacturing or professional setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing engineering support for site process improvements.
• Supporting safety/sustainability initiatives at the plant.
• Implementing new automation processes at the site.
• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction and quality improvement.
